SHIB exchange outflows reached 461.4 billion pieces, and reserves fell.
SHIB must hold the US$0.0000495 - 0.0000505 range to maintain the prospects for a bullish recovery. Bulls may first target $0.0000530 and then challenge $0.0000550 - 0.0000570.
As hundreds of billions of coins left the exchange, SHIB bulls received a significant supply signal. During the statistical period, approximately 461.4 billion SHIBs flowed out of the exchange. At the same time, the exchange recorded approximately 229 billion tokens flowing into the platform. This resulted in a negative net flow of nearly 232.4 billion SHIBs. This flow of funds helps reduce immediate selling pressure. However, weakening withdrawal activity means that bulls are facing another important test.
Exchange outflows bring hope to SHIB bulls.
Data shows that there is a clear imbalance between inflows and outflows of SHIB. During the counting period, approximately 461.4 billion tokens left the exchanges tracked, while approximately 229 billion SHIBs flowed into the exchanges. This difference generated a negative net flow of approximately 232.4 billion tokens. This means that more SHIBs leave the exchange than enter it. This model usually supports prices when holders move tokens offline.
During the same period, exchange reserves also fell. Total reserves fell 0.27% to approximately 86.97 trillion SHIBs. Its dollar value also fell 1.43% to approximately $440.9 million. During this period, the number of transfers increased by only 0.87% to 4,429. This detail makes the outflow signal more attractive to traders, indicating that the change was not driven by a surge in the number of transactions.
Lower exchange balances can reduce immediately available selling liquidity. Continued outflows may therefore create a favorable environment on the supply side. Despite this, the flow of funds on the exchange does not guarantee a continued recovery in prices. The seven-day average paints a more cautious picture for SHIB bulls: average exchange outflows have fallen 37.5% from recent benchmarks. This decline indicates that the momentum for currency withdrawal has begun to weaken.
SHIB price trend depends on key support levels
SHIB has recently fallen back from a local September high of approximately US$0.0000555. After adjustments, the token is currently trading at close to $0.0000505. During the decline, the recovery trend line formed at the end of August was also broken. Despite setbacks, SHIB has touched an important support cluster. One long-term moving average is around $0.0000496, and the other moving average is around $0.0000504.
Taken together, these levels constitute a support area between US$0.0000495 and US$0.0000505. Bulls must defend this area to protect the structure of the recovery. Holding support is expected to allow buyers to rebuild short-term confidence. If the rebound is successful, the primary target will be US$0.0000530. If momentum increases, SHIB may push further to US$0.0000550. After breaking this level,$0.0000570 will become the next target.
Current momentum indicators provide limited support for bullish views. The RSI (Relative Strength Index) has dropped to around 47.3, showing momentum for neutral weakness. The RSI is still below the signal level near 54.2. Therefore, the current situation contains both opportunities and risks. Exchange outflows provide potentially positive supply signals for bulls, but the weakening strength of withdrawals may limit the actual impact of these liquidity.
