TLDR: Shibas Inu exchange outflows rise, inflows accelerate

Shiba Inu exchange outflows continue to support price concerns

Shiba Inu exchange outflows surged 121.26%. Although faster inflow growth weakened the bullish impact of the increase in withdrawals. SHIB exchange inflows climbed 182.3% to approximately 1.68 billion tokens, resulting in a significant increase in available liquidity on the trading platform.

After recent weakness in August, Shiba Inu prices rebounded nearly 6%, and are currently focusing on the support area of $0.0000500. Shytoshi Kusama changed the location of his X (formerly Twitter) profile to "close" and his profile to "Polish", but there is no exact announcement explaining these updates.

Shiba Inu's exchange outflows rose sharply during the most recent measured cycle, but heavier inflows limited the bullish impact of SHIB. CryptoQuant data showed that the seven-day average outflow rose 121.26% to approximately 579 million coins. However, exchange inflows grew even faster, climbing 182.3% to approximately 1.68 billion SHIBs.

This imbalance resulted in a positive net inflow of 86.53 billion SHIBs to the monitoring platform. If demand weakens, rising reserves could make more tokens available for sale.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) Price Analysis

Outflows from the Shiba Inu exchange tend to be of great concern because withdrawals reduce the immediately tradable supply. When contemporary coins are transferred to private wallets, traders often regard continued withdrawals as a positive signal. This pattern may signal lower short-term selling pressure and increased holder confidence.

However, this time, the broader picture of capital flows is less supportive. During the same measurement window period, the growth of inflows from the SHIB exchange was much higher than the amount of withdrawals. On the seventh day, the inflow reached approximately 1.68 billion tokens, while the outflow was approximately 579 million tokens.

This difference is critical because stronger deposits increase the number of SHIBs available near current market prices. A positive net exchange inflow means that more tokens are entering the platform than leaving. Even if headline outflow growth looks strong, it could create supply pressures nearby.

CryptoQuant data shows that the positive net inflow of exchanges monitored is 86.53 billion SHIB. A higher reserve does not guarantee an immediate sell-off, as users may deposit tokens for a variety of reasons. Still, this balance keeps traders watching closely to see if buyers can absorb existing liquidity without losing support.

As a result, Shiba Inu exchange outflows only provided partial bullish signals. A faster rise in inflows to the SHIB exchange has weakened expectations of tight supply. Traders may need to see a continued reversal in net flow before interpreting withdrawals as a stronger signal of accumulation.

Shiba Inu Exchange Outflows Remain Focus on Price Support

When exchange activity remains mixed, price movements are equally important. SHIB recently recovered from $0.0000488 near the August 30th day low. The token has risen nearly 6% this week and has gained 1.14% in the past 24 hours.

This recovery has made $0.0000500 an important support area for short-term traders. Holding this level will help buyers maintain their recent rebound. If exchange liquidity remains high, a break below that level could expose a lower price range.

The momentum remains fragile as more inflows may push more inventories to market. Buyers must absorb this supply to maintain the rebound. Without stronger demand, rising reserves may limit upside even if the amount of money withdrawals continues to increase.

Community attention has also been diverted by Shytoshi Kusama's subtle changes to his X profile. The chief ambassador of Shiba Inu changed the location of his list from a previous project-related description to "close". His profile was also changed to the single word "Polish".

These edits were noticed by prominent community members, but Kusama has not yet explained their meaning.
