NEAR Intention allows users and automated software agents to exchange assets between different networks without having to manage their own bridging protocols. Horsley said the growth in the use of AI agents may lead to more demand for these services.

The company has submitted applications for two other products. The August application covers its AI Cyber Defense ETF, while the September application covers its AI Bond ETF. Taken individually, neither application guarantees that the product will be launched.

The broader cryptocurrency industry is developing AI tools for users and traders. This week, Binance introduced new AI services, including features designed to provide market information and automated trading.

For five-year investments, Horsley recommended Bitwise's BITW and BITQ index funds. He said these products allow investors to be exposed to changing markets without having to choose each cryptocurrency or company.
