FollowingMetaMask出手了!由Consensys打造的全球知名自托管钱包MetaMask，今天正式宣布推出自己的原生稳定币——MetaMask USD($mUSD)。这可是头一回有自托管钱包发行属于自己的稳定币，可以说是一次非常有分量的创新动作。毕竟，MetaMask一直是很多用户进入Web3世界的“必备工具”，如今又多了稳定币这张“王牌”，无论是交易、支付还是资产管理，都可能迎来更便捷的新体验。这个动作，不仅让人期待$mUSD的应用场景，也让人思考：去中心化钱包的角色，正在被彻底重塑。
该稳定币由Bridge(Stripe旗下公司、稳定币发行与管理平台)发行，底层由去中心化稳定币协议M0提供动力。mUSD将深度整合进MetaMask钱包，为用户带来无缝的美元计价体验，可用于在web3世界中持有、消费和转账。
新稳定币将在Linea推出
MetaMask USD将首先在以太坊和Linea(由Consensys启动的全EVM等效L2网络)上线，并在Linea的DeFi生态中发挥基础作用。随着网络的扩张，$mUSD将整合进核心协议，包括借贷市场、去中心化交易所和托管平台，为用户解锁深度流动性与更广泛的应用场景。通过原生流动性供应和法币无缝入金，$mUSD将助力Linea的总锁仓量(TVL)和协议活跃度的持续增长。
MetaMask USD的两大使用场景
● In the wallet (available immediately after launch): supports deposits, exchanges, cross-chain transfers, and bridging functions.
● In reality (expected by the end of 2025): will be available through MetaMask Cards across millions of MasterCard-accepting merchants worldwide.

MetaMask USD creates a new model: a native self-hosted wallet-based stablecoin that is directly accessible to millions of MetaMask users and can be used across chains. It also simplifies the process of self-hosting and using web3 technologies, while expanding its applications into DeFi and real-world payments.
