1、World Liberty Financial提出WLFI代币支出提案引发争议link

World Liberty Financial提出新的WLFI代币支出提案，拟使用最多5%解锁代币库存以推动其美元稳定币USD1合作伙伴关系，但该提案在社区内部引发分歧。部分持有人担忧代币支出可能压低价格并损及仍有约80%锁定的WLFI代币持仓者利益，而支持者认为激励措施有利于长期生态价值。World Liberty通过的代币销售曾为项目筹集约5.5亿美元，但WLFI价格较高点已下跌约60%。

此前，World Liberty Financial(WLFI)发布治理提案，提议动用一部分已解锁的WLFI国库资产，用于支持稳定币USD1的推广与应用。公告称，过去3周内，WLFI已使用USD1回购约1000万美元的WLFI，并在Binance获得主要现货交易对，同时推动USD1在CeFi与DeFi场景中的使用，并推进WLFI代币解锁时间表的最终确定。

2、United Stables宣布正式推出美元稳定币U，已在BSC与ETH双链部署link

Trust Wallet在12月15日添加了推特指向UTechStables(U)的BEP-20资产U:0xDa182944E84092e11370CA521f10AEF488888888;描述为United Stables为全球市场开发透明、安全且可编程的稳定币基础设施;U是一种完全抵押的、运营级稳定币，专为机构交易、DeFi流动性、国库运营以及跨境结算而设计;它是首个聚合流动性的稳定币，完全以现金和经审计的稳定币1:1抵押。目前CoinMarketCap也已列出了United Stables(U)。此前，BNB Chain表示将上线全新稳定币，聚焦多场景流动性整合;同时CZ关注了UTechStables。

United Stables宣布正式推出美元稳定币U，目前已在BNB Smart Chain与Ethereum双链部署。据悉，U稳定币以1:1全储备支持(美元+头部稳定币)为基础，具备链上储备证明(PoR)、月度审计等，未来将支持企业级隐私保护和AI原生支付(EIP-3009/x402)等。U已整合支持包括PancakeSwap、Aster、Four.meme、ListaDAO在内的DeFi协议。

3、Base App全面开放首日新增用户超1.2万，创历史单日新高link

12月18日，Base宣布全面开放Base app，当日共有超过1.2万名新用户注册进入Base app，创下历史单日新高。目前这个前身为Coinbase Wallet的集社交、交易和探索为一体的超级应用Base app总用户数超过了17.5万。

4、Aptos提出抗量子签名改进提案AIP-137 link

Aptos宣布提出一项引入抗量子签名的改进提案AIP-137，计划在账户层面支持抗量子数字签名方案，以应对量子计算发展可能对现有加密机制带来的长期风险。该方案将以可选形式引入，不影响现有账户。根据提案，Aptos拟支持已被标准化为FIPS 205的基于哈希的签名方案SLH-DSA。

5、Lido DAO发布2026年生态资助提案，计划投入约6000万美元link

Lido DAO发布2026年生态资助提案(EGG)，计划投入约6000万美元，从单一流动质押协议转型为多产品、多收入结构平台，重点推进Lido Earn、新型vault产品，并探索与稳定币及其他资产类别相关的收益产品，目标覆盖机构、链上金库及潜在受监管实体，提升协议长期韧性与收入多元化。该提案已在Snapshot发起投票，目前已达法定门槛且投票支持为主。根据Dune Analytics数据，Lido仍然是以太坊生态中最大的质押机构，占所有ETH质押量的近24%。

6、CryptoPunks入藏MoMA永久馆藏link

CryptoPunks官方表示，8枚CryptoPunks已被纽约现代艺术博物馆Museum of Modern Art(MoMA)正式纳入永久馆藏。该批作品由Art on Blockchain牵头捐赠，多位加密艺术收藏者参与，Larva Labs亦提供了部分作品。此次入藏被视为CryptoPunks作为早期NFT项目进入主流艺术机构体系的又一标志性案例。

7. Uniswap’s founder announced that the UNIfication proposal has been submitted for final governance voting. Hayden Adams, the founder of Uniswap, stated that the proposal has been submitted for final governance voting. Voting will begin on December 19th at 10:30 PM EST, and ends on December 25th. If the proposal is approved, after a two-day lock-up period, the following actions will be taken: 100 million UNI tokens will be burned. The fees associated with Uniswap v2 and v3 will also be adjusted accordingly. At the same time, Unichain fees will be incorporated into the burning mechanism.

8. Ondo launched Ondo Bridge: enables cross-chain transfer of over 100 token-based stocks and ETFs

Ondo Finance announced the launch of Ondo Bridge, which allows for cross-chain transfers of various token-based stocks and ETFs. This bridge is built in collaboration with LayerZero, and is secured by a network of decentralized verification nodes, including Canary Protocol. It operates through Stargate.

9. Jito Foundation announces its return to the United States, as regulatory frameworks for digital assets in the US become clearer

Jito Foundation, a non-profit organization behind the Solana MEV infrastructure project, announced its intention to “return to the United States.” Lucas Bruder, CEO of Jito Labs, said that the foundation had to operate overseas due to the “Operation Chokepoint 2.0” campaign, which targeted the crypto industry. He mentioned that the passage of the GENIUS bill and congressional efforts to reform the crypto market structure were key reasons for the foundation’s return to the US.

10. Early core contributors to Aave propose that AAVE token holders should have control over legal entities through a DAO

Ernesto Boado, a early core contributor to Aave and co-founder of BGD Labs, has submitted a governance proposal for Aave (ARFC). The proposal suggests that AAVE token holders should have control over legal entities through DAOs, allowing them to reclaim and manage all assets related to the Aave brand collectively. These assets include domain names such as aave.com, social media accounts, naming rights, GitHub accounts, and other important intellectual properties.
