As the worlds of traditional finance and cryptocurrency continue to merge, Crypto.com once again leads the way. The platform’s newly introduced “IPO Early Bird” offer allows users to subscribe to shares up to three weeks before a popular stock goes public. This provides ordinary investors with a privilege that was previously available only to institutional investors. This new feature not only reduces the gap between the cryptocurrency and equity markets but also demonstrates Crypto.com’s efforts to create a new financial ecosystem that connects the virtual world with the real market. For investors who want to seize the next opportunity, this is undoubtedly a compelling “early access” deal.

We are delighted to introduce this new feature, which will redefine how ordinary investors can participate in IPOs: the “IPO Early Bird” feature on the Crypto.com app. American users can now place orders for IPOs three weeks before they go public, giving them an advantage over others in the market.

Don’t miss out on next-generation IPOs like Anduril, Stripe, and Discord. Join the IPO Early Bird program now! This is a revolutionary offer that gives you the chance to get ahead of the crowd before everyone else can buy in.

What is IPO Early Bird?

IPO Early Bird allows users to place limit orders up to three weeks before an IPO begins trading. You will receive notifications of the initial price of the IPO you placed your order for, and you can cancel your order at any time before it becomes active.

This feature enables you to plan and place orders in advance, so you won’t miss any IPOs that interest you.

What are pre-IPO orders?

Pre-IPO orders refer to limit order placed for stocks before the company’s IPO begins trading. Unlike traditional IPOs, these orders allow investors to set both the price and the number of shares they want to purchase before the stock listing occurs.

IPO Early Bird offers pre-IPO orders for selected popular stocks. Not all IPO stocks can be ordered in advance.

How to place an IPO Early Bird order?

Please follow these steps to place your order:

1. Click on the “Stocks” tab

. 2. Scroll down and select “IPO Early Bird”. Click “View All” to see the stocks that will be listed soon.

3. Click on any IPO you are interested in. If you want to place an order, click on “Limit Order”.

4. Set your pre-IPO limit price (the price you are willing to pay, expressed as a percentage above or below the initial IPO price).

5. Enter the number of shares you wish to purchase.

6. Review the details of your order and confirm the transaction.

When the IPO price is announced, you will receive a notification, and your limit order will be sent to the execution location on the day of the IPO.

Important notes:

● The value of your limit order in US dollars will be rounded to two decimal places based on the percentage set as the initial price.

● The valuation range displayed is based on the company’s public documents and third-party data. These figures may change over time and should not be considered a reliable estimate of the company’s market value.

● If you place a limit order, and you have sufficient funds in your stock cash and/or USD accounts, those funds will begin to be locked in around 8:00 AM ET on the day of the IPO, until the order is completed, cancelled, or expires at market closure.

● Orders will be sent to the execution location around 8:00 AM ET on the day of the IPO. Your order will not be executed at a price higher than the specified limit.

● Due to exchange processing reasons, IPO shares may not start trading on time at the opening session. If your order does not execute immediately, this is normal.

How to cancel early bird orders for the IPO?

If the early bird order for the IPO has not been executed, you can cancel it. The steps to cancel an order are as follows:

1. On the main screen, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner, then select “Stocks” > “Portfolio”.

2. Review the outstanding orders and click on the order you want to cancel.

3. Click on the “Cancel Order” button at the bottom of the screen and confirm the cancellation.

How does the early bird plan for the IPO work?

● When placing orders using the IPO Early Bird option, you can specify the number of shares you wish to purchase, along with a price limit (expressed as a percentage above or below the initial listing price). On the Crypto.com app, we have implemented a mechanism to increase the chances of your price limit orders being executed.

● You will receive notifications regarding any changes in the initial price of the IPO that you have placed an order for. You can also cancel your order at any time before it is fully executed.

● Orders are executed on the morning of the IPO day. The order will only be executed if the price is equal to or lower than your specified price limit.

What makes the IPO Early Bird option unique?

Crypto.com is one of the first platforms to offer this feature to individual investors, fulfilling its mission to make complex investment tools accessible to everyone.

Unlike private equity or venture capital funds, the IPO Early Bird option is designed to be simple and transparent. Instead of purchasing shares directly from the company, you place a price limit order, which may be executed after the stock becomes publicly traded.

Additionally, no subscription fees or commissions are required for any transactions made through the IPO Early Bird option. Crypto.com Stocks is registered with FINRA and protected by the SIPC.

At the time of this announcement, you can subscribe to notifications for the IPOs of Phoenix Education Partners (PXED) and Alliance Laundry Holdings (ALH), which are scheduled to be launched on October 9, 2025.

You can stay updated by going to “Settings” > “Notifications” on the Crypto.com app to receive these notifications.
